Merchant Returns of Service
Welcome to our Refund and Return Policy at Venus in Salem. We want to ensure you have a clear understanding of our procedures, making your shopping experience seamless and satisfying.
Overview: Our refund and returns policy is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It should also be in the original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items: Certain goods are exempt from being returned, including perishable items like food, flowers, soap, or candles. We do not accept returns any sale items.
Additionally, the following items are non-returnable:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Some personal care items
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please avoid sending your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Partial Refunds: We do not accept partial refunds. In addition, returns beyond 30 days after delivery are also subject to partial refunds.
Refunds Process: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund via email. If approved, your refund will be processed,

Sale Items: Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items are non-refundable.
Exchanges: We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange for the same item, please email us at hello@venusinsalem.com.
Gifts: If the item was marked as a gift, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
Shipping Returns: To return your product, email us at hello@venusinsalem.com. You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs, and these costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted.
